Chipman’s 3rd annual customer service conference just ended, and our team is back with new skills and new goals. This year we flew in our coordinators from all our offices to a 2-day event in the Bay Area, CA. Every year, our coordinators get together to network and learn new ways to challenge their customer service skills. The conference consisted of multiple workshops, events, an award ceremony, and a city-wide scavenger hunt.
