Hospitality Project Manager - Travel Required

Chipman is seeking a Traveling Project Manager to join and support our Hospitality Division.

Summary:  This role involves managing all aspects of project execution, from planning and budgeting to on-site supervision and client communication. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with client expectations and company standards.

Some of the duties will include:

• Provide on-site coordination and project management for FF&E Installation project.  Act as a single point of contact for the client and project team throughout the installation scope of the project.

• Attend site meetings leading up to the commencement of installation.  Walk the site to determine readiness for installation services.

• Coordinate with move coordinator and operations manager as necessary regarding any special equipment needs, parking permits, 3rd party services, pre-move material deliveries, etc.

• Represent the Company in resolving any issues between client and service crew that may arise during service performance.

• Perform both scheduled and random site inspections to ensure adherence to company standards and policies.

Required qualifications are:

• Willingness to travel up to 75%, depending on home location.

• At least two years of relevant project management experience.

• PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory.

(Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 a year)
