Chipman is looking for an outstanding Logistics Coordinator to join our team 

Some of the duties will include:

  • Coordinate and supervise warehouse and distribution projects
  • Ensure the accuracy of inventory
  • Point of contact for logistic clients
  • Rate paperwork and prepare for billing
  • Prepare files and documentation as needed
  • Assist in answering phones and taking care of current and potential customers.  
  • Perform other duties as requested.

Required qualifications are:

  • Minimum two years of office administration/customer service experience.
  • High School diploma – AA preferred
  • Strong computer skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office
