This is the recommended protection plan for most international moves. It covers your entire household shipment at a standard rate per pound of cargo with a minimum limit of $12 U.S. per pound, and an average of approximately $15 U.S. per pound. You may raise or lower your coverage according to your personal valuation.
Protection at a rate higher than $15 U.S. includes coverage of mold and mildew, electronic malfunction and replacement of non-damaged matching items in pairs and sets.
This option offers individualized cover rates for inventoried items. You will be required to declare and value your belongings; items not declared will not be afforded any protection.
All customers are required to declare goods valued $1,500 or more. These items are specially handled and protected above the shipmentâs valuation regardless or the protection plan selected.
