When packing a large mirror you should use a flat, padded box. If you don't have one available, talk to your moving consultant, we can provide any materials you might need.
Mirrors
Line the outer edges with crushed paper to protect the border and create a padded bed in which your mirror can rest. Wrap it completely in padded paper or sheets of bubble wrap and tape wrapping tightly. Once in the box, fill all gaps with crumpled paper. Although it is not recommended, if you pack more than one mirror in a single box, provide sufficient padding between items to prevent rubbing or shifting.
Heavy mirrors, stone or tabletops
If you are transporting heavy glass or stone items, we recommend they be professionally packed into specially crafted wood crates. Ask your moving consultant about this service.
