  • We'll need to know:
    1. Damaged Area
    2. Where it took place – Pick Up or Delivery Address
    3. Repair Amount (an estimation is okay)
    4. PHOTOS – If unable to upload, you can provide later
  • DO NOT perform any repairs

What You Need to File a Claim

We are sorry you find it necessary to report a claim. Please follow the necessary steps below.


Steps Required Upon Filing A Claim

  • Interstate Deadline— Must file within 9 months from the date of delivery (not applicable to government & military).
  • Intrastate Deadline in CA— Must file within 9 months from the date of delivery (not applicable to government & military).
  • Intrastate Deadline in OR— Must file within 3 months from the date of delivery (not applicable to government & military).
  • Complete all unpacking and examine all items before submitting your claim.
  • Retain items for inspection including all packing materials.
  • DO NOT discard, move or repair any items.
  • Please ensure your transportation charges have been paid in full.
  • Attach photos and substantiation (receipts) of the damaged items. If unable to upload, you may provide later.
  • To prevent delays, please have the following information available:
    1. Inventory numbers
    2. Item Description (make and model number/s if applicable)
    3. Description of the damage— the extent, location, and nature, or indicate missing
    4. Packing damage— indicate who performed the packing and if there is carton damage
    5. Claim amount
