What You Need to File a Claim

We are sorry you find it necessary to report a claim. To expedite the review, please ensure to follow the necessary steps below.

Steps Required Upon Filing a Claim

  • All claims must be filed within 30 days from date of delivery.
  • We'll need to know:
    1. Damaged Area
    2. Where it took place – Pick Up or Delivery Address
    3. Repair Amount (an estimation is okay)
    4. PHOTOS – If unable to upload, you can provide later
  • DO NOT perform any repairs
