• Room of choice delivery – The package is delivered to the specified room
• Threshold delivery – The package is delivered on the doorstep or a covered area
• Curbside delivery – The package is delivered in front of the building by a curb
• White glove delivery – The package is handled with the utmost care; the service includes room-of-choice delivery, unpacking, assembly, and installation
• Unpacking – The package is opened by the delivery team, and the product is placed as directed; packaging materials and debris are removed
• Assembly – After the delivered package is unpacked, the product is assembled by the delivery team
• Installation – After unpacking and, if needed, assembly by the delivery team, the product is placed in the specified location
